  • Duration: One-year Certificate Program 
  • Campuses: St. Andrews and Moncton, NB 

  • Start Date: April 2025 (St. Andrews, Blended Delivery), September 2024 (Moncton, Blended Delivery)

  • Over 900 hours of hands-on training in food preparation and professional kitchen operation. 

  • Work-Integrated Learning Experience at an approved location. 

  • Option to continue for an additional year to receive the Culinary Arts Management diploma.
