Cultivating the Next Generation of Food Sector Leaders

CFIN’s Mentorship Program pairs aspiring individuals – including students, early-stage professionals, and people who are new or looking to get into the food sector -- with seasoned leaders in the food industry. Our program is designed to facilitate career entry and growth by connecting mentees with experienced mentors who provide guidance, share industry insights, and assist in building valuable networks. Through personalized mentorship, participants gain access to information, resources, and a growing community of CFIN members to help them kickstart their journey in the food sector.

The CFIN Mentorship Program is part of our Food Innovator Career Hub, which provides a one-stop-shop for anyone who is interested in a career in foodtech or is actively seeking talented employees for their food business.
