The Council of Canadian Innovators is launching a report on how provinces and the federal government can craft procurement policies that recognize the unique contributions that Canadian innovators make to our economy. Building on the federal Buy Canadian policy, Buying What We Build gives policymakers a guide for how to build a national, coast-to-coast market for public buying that is competitive and innovation-forward.
