Food Innovation Challenge #5 Info Session | Disruptive Solutions

The Canadian Food Innovation Network (CFIN) is launching its 5th Food Innovation Challenge -- Disruptive Solutions: Innovative strategies for meeting food and beverage processing challenges.

This call focuses on disruptive solutions that assist food processors and distributors as they seek to alleviate labour constraints, extend product shelf life, valorize side streams, reduce energy and water usage, optimize inputs to avoid waste and realize cost-efficiencies, and create new technologies for transforming food.

We're seeking collaborative proposals made up of at least two private-sector organizations, including a minimum of one small-to-medium-sized enterprise (SME) partner. All project partners must be incorporated in Canada or include a researcher, employed by a Canadian institution or innovation centre.
