In this series, we’ll dig into a food innovation topic and link you to content and resources so you can become a master on the topic in 30 minutes (or less!). 

 

This year we dug deep into the topic of cellular food and agriculture, so now we’re recapping all of the original content posted on the topic in 2023. 

 

CFIN worked with Moncton, NB-based data science company Fiddlehead Technology to develop a report providing insight into the potential adoption of cellular meat in Canada.
