Can you tell us something you have learned on YODL?
I connected with individuals that are knowledgeable about biosynthesis/precision fermentation. From there I learned about the demand of growth factors in the artificial meat industry, which helps us to decide what product innovations we could bring.
What type of connection partners are you looking for?
Players in cellular agriculture. Ideally the big players that would like invest in cutting-edge alternative protein production.
What Is your favorite aspect of YODL?
Community engagement. People with diverse backgrounds in the food space are helping each other on the platform.
What area of food innovation are you most interested in?
Alternative protein via precision fermentation and biosynthesis.
What's your favourite food and beverage?
Sashimi/Beijing soy paste noodle.
