Kraft Dinner is the most popular grocery item in Canada, according to TasteAtlas. In fact, Canadians eat 55 per cent more Kraft Dinner than Americans, purchasing 1.7 million boxes each week, and consuming an average 3.2 boxes annually. The boxes of pasta and powdered cheese first appeared in 1937 and sold for 19 cents each. Eight million boxes were sold that year.

- Walmart is testing Walmart Now, a 30-minute delivery service, starting with about 4,000 of its most popular items at 10 stores in the Greater Toronto Area, one day after Loblaws announced a similar service through DoorDash.
