VCC’s Artisan Baking Certificate Program is a full-time program spanning 11 months and four terms, starting in May. The program covers Introduction to Baking, Applied Baking, Artisan Baking, as well as a capstone project and three weeks of work placement.
Graduates have career opportunities in the bakery and pastry sectors, including as an artisan baker, pastry chef, food product developer, or bakery manager.
