  1. Core Skills Development: Courses in the first semester like Basic Culinary Skills (CU 120) and Baking and Pastry Arts I (CU 130) lay the foundation. 

  1. Advanced Techniques: Subsequent semesters delve into Butchery & Garde Manger (CU 220), Exploring International Cuisine (CU 325), and A la Carte Cuisine (CU 320). 

  1. Business and Legal Aspects: The program also covers essential topics like Culinary Marketing and Legislation (CU 350) and Management Applications for Chefs (CU 435). 

  1. Field Placements: Offering real-world experience, these placements are integral to the program, allowing students to apply their learning in professional settings.
