Cultivating a Resilient Food Future: Developing the End-to-End Cellular Food Capacity for Canadian Global Leadership

CFIN is launching its 4th Food Innovation Challenge -- Cultivating a Resilient Food Future: Developing the End-to-End Cellular Food Capacity for Canadian Global Leadership.

This call focuses on the emerging science and technology of cellular food, which for the purposes of this call is the use of cell cultures, tissue-engineering or precision fermentation-based techniques to create food products traditionally produced through conventional production mechanisms.

We're seeking collaborative proposals made up of at least two private-sector organizations, focused on the development of cellular food products or supporting technology, with the aim of advancing food resiliency and Canadian leadership in this emerging and quickly developing space.

Join Alex Barlow (CFIN Programs Director) to learn more about this funding call and have your questions answered.

All CFIN Members are welcome to attend. Membership is free and easy. Sign up today at CFIN-RCIA.ca.
