BENEFITS (Day 1): Emerging Approaches to Creating the Healthy and Sustainable Food Supply of Tomorro

BENEFITS is a training workshop that aims to offer a global perspective of the reformulation process and promote cutting-edge solutions. Over the course of the sessions, many agri-food expertise from here and elsewhere will be put at the service of participants through conferences, panels, practical applications and interactive sessions. The course is spread over two days of learning on the management aspects and sciences related to the reformulation of food products.
