Canada has an extensive range of research centres, food incubators, accelerators and labs supporting food and beverage innovation through the research they do and/or the services they offer. Each week throughout 2023, we’ll be highlighting an organization that’s supporting food innovation in Canada.
Location: Quebec City, QC
Mission: The Mycélium food incubator and accelerator is dedicated to the development and marketing of innovative and value-added products.
Focus: Mycélium offers food and beverage startups support with innovating and commercializing their products.
Services: The centre offers a 1,500-sq.-ft. kitchen, storage space, a commercial experimentation space, coaching with experts, and test market opportunities.
