Insights from the Experts
CFIN proudly participated in the panel “Doing More with Less: The Next Tech Era of Restaurant Efficiency.” Moderated by @Abigail Van Riesen, the discussion brought together founders from Jitto, BetterTable, and TableTouch, alongside experienced hospitality leaders, to explore how restaurants can operate smarter under today’s pressures. The conversation delved into reducing operational waste, streamlining vendor relationships, protecting margins, and enhancing the guest experience — practical insights that operators could implement immediately.

@Dana McCauley also joined a dynamic discussion on leadership and innovation during challenging times, highlighting how collaboration, adaptability, and connection are essential for navigating the evolving foodservice landscape. Together, these conversations showcased how technology, strategy, and leadership intersect to shape a more resilient and future-ready industry.

Passion, Collaboration, and the Future of Foodservice
